Dhaka Dermatology Institute (DDI) is dedicated to teach dermatologists who have a scientific and clinical interest in exploring the aesthetic medical facet of their practice. DDI teaches the art, science, techniques and procedures of aesthetic dermatology to dermatologists. We provide education and hands-on training, and disseminate leading edge information gathered from newest practiced dermatological procedures.
The DDI certificate course program is a program designed for trainees and specialists in dermatology to acquire knowledge and expertise in subspecialties in dermatology. Dhaka Dermatology Institute (DDI) was headed by Dr. Sarker Mahbub Ahmed Shamim. He is a renowned dermatologist & the face of Bangladesh in international dermatological fraternity. He is the vice president of SAARC Association of Aesthetic Dermatology (SAARC AAD) & secretary general of Aesthetic Dermatology Society of Bangladesh). He is regarded as the pioneer in aesthetic dermatology in Bangladesh & is considered as an international faculty on aesthetic dermatology & delivers talk in various conferences throughout the world. Currently he is working as a chief consultant in Dhaka Dermatology Institute (DDI) & Laser Treat.
As we all know aesthetic dermatology practice has already opened a new door to the modern clinical practice to our skin care and beautification, so our purpose is to enhance the orientation of these modalities in our country. Dr. Sarker Mahbub Ahmed Shamim has been exercising these practices for a long period of time and gained great clinical muscles.
